Moved to The Gold Coast

The big news for me is that we have migrated to Australia and are now in the process of settling on the Gold Coast. This has been quietly in the planning for sometime but now it has all happened and a new adventure has begun.

This will mean I will have some awesome new places to explore and photograph with very agreeable weather - perfect for photo-shoots.  If you require a sunny location, tropical or rainforest feel then it’s all within a close proximity.

My wife and I are very excited about this new adventure and I’ll update and add a few photo’s here in the near future.

Film Crew

This last year I have been working on the Disney film set of “Legends of the Seeker” which has been filmed mostly on the West Coast of Auckland. They have filmed from August 09 through till April 10 and it’s been interesting and exciting work to see how a large budget film is put together.

Also I managed to do an 18 day assignment when a famous American reality TV show came to town featuring models. I can’t say anymore till it’s aired on T.V but that was fun to be part of the crew though the hours of work were kind of ridiculous.

This job was shot just before christmas on a farm out at Muriwai.

The scenario is that the boy in the advert has lost his father in a farm accident so it’s all supposed to be a bit moody even though the sun is shining strongly.
